The game

Pack Quest is a free puzzle game by Qovya. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Purchases and virtual items

Coins, boosters, lives, suitcases and "No Ads" are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other players; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Keep your transfer code safe: it moves your items to another phone.

Ads

The game may show ads, including optional rewarded videos. The reward is granted only when the video is completed.

Fair play

Do not tamper with the game, its servers or the leaderboard, and do not use offensive names. We may reset a name, remove a player from the leaderboard or block an account that abuses the service.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the game or its online features (leaderboard, cloud save) at any time. We do our best to keep them running but give no guarantee.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Qovya is not liable for any indirect loss arising from its use.

Oyun

Pack Quest, Qovya tarafından yapılan ücretsiz bir bulmaca oyunudur. Oyunu kurarak ya da oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen oyunu kullanma.

Satın almalar ve sanal öğeler

Coinler, boosterlar, canlar, bavullar ve "No Ads" gerçek dünyada değeri olmayan sanal öğelerdir. Paraya çevrilemez ve başka oyunculara devredilemez; iadeler Apple ya da Google'ın kendi politikaları kapsamında yapılır. Transfer kodunu güvende tut: öğelerini başka bir telefona taşır.

Reklamlar

Oyun, isteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar dahil reklam gösterebilir. Ödül yalnızca video tamamlandığında verilir.

Adil oyun

Oyuna, sunucularına ya da liderlik tablosuna müdahale etme ve uygunsuz isim kullanma. Hizmeti kötüye kullanan bir ismi sıfırlayabilir, oyuncuyu liderlik tablosundan kaldırabilir ya da hesabı engelleyebiliriz.

Erişilebilirlik

Oyunu ya da çevrimiçi özelliklerini (liderlik tablosu, bulut kaydı) istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Çalışır tutmak için elimizden geleni yaparız ama garanti vermeyiz.

Sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Qovya, kullanımdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
